Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services in Edinburg, TX is seeking a GN Graduate Nurse to assist under RN supervision in delivering high‑quality resident care and implementing care plans.

You will observe residents, document changes, and administer medications, while coordinating with physicians and nurses to support residents’ well‑being. This role requires completion of an RN program and progress toward Texas RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Has completed an RN program at an accredited vocational school or college.
• Must be working toward Texas Registered Nurse license.

Responsibilities

• Observe, assess, document, and report resident condition/changes during rounds.
• Assure implementation of care plans as directed.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Conduct rounds with physicians and record visits in clinical records.
• Perform narcotic reconciliation with shifts.
• Identify changes in resident condition and take action per policy.
• Oversee and monitor aides.
• Initiate and complete incident/accident reports per policy.
• Discharge residents per policy.
• Communicate with residents' contacts about status or changes.
• Assist with other projects as assigned by Nursing leadership.
