Job summary

As a key team member, you will assess patients, develop care plans, and deliver skilled nursing care while following safety and documentation standards. Active NY RN license, BLS during orientation, ACLS by orientation; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing and active NY RN license are required.
• BLS must be obtained during introductory period; ACLS completed by orientation.
• BSN is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient and family assessments and develop person-centered care plans.
• Provide skilled clinical care while adhering to policies, procedures, and standards.
• Use critical thinking to make sound clinical decisions, evaluate outcomes, and maintain documentation.
• Apply evidence-based practice and serve as a clinical resource and mentor to staff.
