Job summary

UPMC Passavant is seeking a Graduate Nurse to join the 4N Step Down unit in Pittsburgh, PA. You will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care on a rotating 12-hour schedule and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement patient care plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate nurses must complete licensure examination within SIX MONTHS of hire or within one year of graduation.
• Current licensure as RN in the state where the facility is located or in a state with), licensure compact.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR as per AHA standards.
• UPMC approved national certification preferred.
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIH) required within 6 Months of hire/transfer into department/role.
