Overview:

We are a high-paced 35-bed Cardiac Telemetry unit caring for patients with STEMI, post-cardiac catheterization, CHF, arrhythmia, blood pressure management, stroke, and more. Our nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4, with Patient Care Associates assisting. We prioritize clear communication, accountability, mutual respect, and teamwork to provide exceptional patient care.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
  • Licensure: Must pass NCLEX within 90 days of graduation and maintain a current RN license in the state or via compact licensure; meet all state board requirements
  • Physical demands: Ability to push, pull, lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat
  • Certifications:
    • ACLS
    • BLS (or complete within 30 days of hire)
    • Other unit-specific certifications as required or within required timeframe
