Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited RN program; must take RN State Boards within three months of hire/transfer (effective 10/20/2024).
• CPI certification preferred.
• Registered Nurse licensure required upon completion of boards.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes and organizes delegated patient care assignments.
• Documents all interventions and accountable for patient care tasks.
• Communicates patient condition changes to the RN mentor.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of the patient care area.
• Participates in care conferences and quality improvement activities.
