Genesiscareers seeks a Registered Nurse for a full-time dayshift in Sissonville, West Virginia. You will deliver nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse after orientation, ensuring positive clinical outcomes for patients and residents.

Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement care plans, and communicate patient information across shifts to maintain continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or awaiting licensure.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

After an orientation period and under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient, resident and family satisfaction.

• Manage patient care by performing nursing assessments delegating aspects of care to LPNs and Nursing Assistants.
• Collaborate with the nursing team and other disciplines, patients and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff during and between shifts.
