Job summary

Valley Center in Charleston, WV seeks a qualified registered nurse to deliver high-quality care in a long-term care setting. You will perform nursing assessments, delegate tasks to LPNs and nursing assistants, and communicate patient information across shifts.

Collaborate with the nursing team and families to develop care plans, and participate in initiatives to improve patient outcomes. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or awaiting licensure.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
