Job summary

Mott MacDonald in Seattle is seeking graduates for Blueprint, a three-year development program designed with an award-winning learning provider. You will collaborate with mentors and experienced consultants to build technical skills and the mindset of a consultant, delivering meaningful projects from day one.

Responsibilities include designing engineering solutions, site inspections, client meetings, refining designs, and using digital tools to drive sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Preferred: successful completion of EIT exam, or ability to take EIT exam within 12 months
  • Demonstrated interest in your chosen field through previous internships, volunteering opportunities, or organization memberships
  • Creative thinking skills, with a methodical and pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • Proficient communication and presentation skills to engage confidently with clients and colleagues

The expected salary for this position is $81,000 - $90,000

Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience, and unique skills.
