Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized and detail oriented.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; proficiency in graphic design software.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Create, send, and monitor emails using Campaigner or similar software.
• Update ICLS and LL.M. program websites and related pages.
• Manage content for social media accounts for the ICLS program.
• Develop strategy for social media advertising and marketing for the LL.M. program.
• Create and distribute newsletters, brochures, blogs, and articles; engage the community.
