CR England seeks a Graduate Financial Analyst Intern for a part-time role in West Valley City, Utah. The position supports senior management through analysis, forecasting, reporting and project work, with a 6–12 month horizon to graduation and potential conversion to a full-time Financial Analyst role.

Compensation is $35 per hour, in-office Tuesday through Thursday. This role requires advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, Claude AI experience, and Snowflake/SQL familiarity to build

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in a master’s program (MBA, MAcc, MS Finance, or related field) and within 6–12 months of graduation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Hands-on experience using Claude or similar AI tools in professional or academic work, and a drive to keep building that skill.
• Prior internship or professional experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or related fields preferred.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Available to work in the office Tuesday through Thursday.
• Snowflake experience a major plus; Microsoft SQL skills a plus.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain financial models to assist in budget planning and weekly forecasts.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including variance analysis.
• Provide ad hoc project support for senior management.
• Assist with the month-end close process in coordination with corporate finance.
• Identify financial opportunities and risks.
• Transform data into actionable insights and develop new reporting structures.
• Use Claude and other AI tools to automate reporting, speed up analysis, and build new tools for the team.
• Collaborate with department leaders to align priorities and establish goals across multiple operating divisions.
