Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) in the United States is launching a graduate programme within its Markets division, offering a 12-month rotation across Capital Markets and Post Trade. You will engage in projects spanning listing, post-trade operations, and data and tools like World-Check, FXall, and Tradeweb.

This programme targets graduates in STEM or Finance with a strong FinTech/Technology focus, with a start date around September 2027 and a rolling admissions process.

Qualifications

Demonstrable interest in financial markets from studies, work experience or activities.
Ability to work with large data sets and code in relevant languages (Python, SQL) or familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Curiosity for data and ability to analyse information to draw conclusions and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

Exposure across Financial Risk teams, including monitoring and analysing risks and data interpretation for risk projects or reporting.
Research analysis into global markets focusing on debt listings, valuations, and shareholder/geographic analysis.
Collaborate on group projects aligned to LSEG goals and participate in cross-team inductions and skills development.
