Responsibilities

  • Evaluate applications and credentials for admission presented by graduate applicants. Perform evaluation of educational credentials and refer files to graduate programs for a decision.
  • Process incomplete application materials, transcripts, test scores, etc. for graduate applicants and as needed, undergraduate applicants.
  • Provide customer service for graduate applicants including email, phone and appointment service. Correspond with graduate programs to process special requests.
  • Verify incoming documents for authenticity and process hold removals in Mainframe for graduate and as needed, undergraduate applicants.
  • Maintain correct application and student data between Mainframe and Slate CRM system.
  • Participate in cross-training activities across all Enrollment Operations to develop and maintain working knowledge of related enrollment operations, systems, processes, and procedures.

Position Purpose

To perform administrative support for the Enrollment Operations unit and to evaluate and process graduate admission applications. This position may also include assisting undergraduate admission applications during peak times.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in business analysis, project management, information systems, admissions, enrollment management, higher education administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience supporting technology projects, business processes, or CRM systems.
  • Experience coordinating projects, requirements, testing, or operational initiatives.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Slate CRM in a higher education admissions environment.
  • Experience supporting undergraduate, internal transfer, or graduate admissions.
  • Experience supervising, leading, or providing functional direction to staff.
  • Experience with Slate queries, reports, workflows, applications, communications, datasets, and integrations.
  • Experience working with technology teams.
  • Experience developing testing procedures, training materials, and process documentation.
Salary Range

$48,000
