Job description

SEAM (South East Aviation Malta Ltd), an engineering services company supporting Ryanair’s engineering function in South East Europe, is currently looking for a Graduate Engineer to be based in Malta.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of time sheets and time-keeping.
• Assist in day to day management.
• Assist in onboarding new employees, including any technical documentation and orientation.
• Assist with the coordination of the Junior Aircraft Engineering Program and B1 modules Training.
• Coordinate training sessions as required.
• Support the Maintenance Coordinator with documentation and record-keeping.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and manage staff rosters, including attendance, sick leave, annual leave, and training schedules.

Requirements

• Unrestricted right to work and travel in Europe.
• Professional knowledge of English language.
• An Aeronautical/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Avionic Engineering degree.
• Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Understanding of Part 145 regulations or technical knowledge of the Boeing 737 aircraft would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Human Factors and Safety Management principles would be beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks in multi-tasking situations and to deliver results to tight timelines.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a collaborative team environment.
