Job summary

IMC is seeking Deep Learning Researchers to join our growing team. You will develop and apply state-of-the-art deep learning techniques at the intersection of AI and markets, helping to accelerate our models that shape trading across asset classes.

You will work closely with senior researchers to gain exposure to the full research lifecycle, from initial ideas to production deployment, and contribute to cutting-edge areas such as representation learning and generative AI.

Qualifications

• Minimum MSc (PhD preferred) in ML/Statistics/related field.
• Final year student graduating in 2027.
• Demonstrated deep learning or applied ML research with publications or strong project work.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve deep learning models to enhance trading performance across assets.
• Research representation learning, transformers, foundation models, generative AI, RL and related DL techniques.
• Support data curation, feature representation, and self-supervised learning from structured/unstructured data.
• Contribute to training infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
• Share research findings with the team and stay current with academic/developer advances.
