Apex Engineering Group, Inc. is seeking a Graduate Engineer to contribute to highway and municipal project design from planning through construction.

The role includes field RPR duties and collaboration with project managers and senior engineers to develop plans and specifications. Candidates should have a BS in Civil Engineering and EI certification (or ability to obtain within a year), with 1–3 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• EI certification or ability to obtain certification within one year.
• 1–3 years of design/construction observation on roadway or municipal projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Work as a key project team member on highway, urban roadway or municipal projects from planning through design and construction.
• Possess the ability to contribute to project plans, specifications, and related documents.
• Serve as resident project representative (RPR) in the field during construction.
• Attend project and client meetings to provide updates and progress.
