Qualifications include an associate degree or higher, 1-3 years in higher education career services, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in higher education career services or Student Affairs.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS.
• Ability to meet placement outcomes and performance quotas.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of local employment opportunities and workforce resources.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed placement benchmarks as assigned.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, graduates, alumni and employers.
• Maintain accurate documentation in CampusNexus and Graduate Employment files.
• Deliver career development workshops and coordinate events.
• Coordinate student interviews and follow-up.
• Participate in campus activities and events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
