Job summary

The University of Oklahoma is seeking a Campus Programs Graduate Assistant to support Campus Activities Council, What to Do, and Summer Programs. The GA will coordinate and supervise events, advise student leaders, and promote programs across campus while maintaining a flexible 20-hour weekly schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities include assisting in event planning, leadership development, and program assessments, with a strong focus on communication and student engagement.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in Fall Term as a graduate student at University of Oklahoma.
• Hiring contingent upon verification of current graduate student status.

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist CAC students in planning, organizing and executing events across campus.
• Facilitate leadership development through 1-on-1 meetings, meetings and workshops.
• Coordinate and supervise events such as concerts, film series, dances, and community service projects.
• Market and promote Campus Programs events to Norman campus and beyond.
• Assist in developing assessments for Programs and Initiatives.
