You’ll collect and analyze requirements, produce data reports, create process documentation, and assist with SAP-related issues. The programme emphasizes agile learning, collaboration, and hands-on growth.

Qualifications

• No more than 12 months post-graduation.
• No more than 12 months’ work experience.
• Eligible to live and work in the U.S.
• Degree and/or Master’s in Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Good level of verbal and written English.
• Driving Licence.
• Willing to work full-time, in person.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders to support system enhancements and process improvements.
• Data analysis and reporting to identify trends, gaps or inefficiencies and translate findings into actionable insights for the team.
• Support creation and maintenance of process flows, functional specifications and other technical/business documentation.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for SAP-related issues and assist users with navigation and data-entry questions.
• Help develop test cases and participate in UAT to validate changes meet business requirements before deployment.
• Cross-functional collaboration with IT and business units on projects and issue resolution.
