The position provides hands-on experience in international librarianship, program coordination, and academic library outreach, with duties across events, digital content, and research support.

• KU graduate student in good academic standing.
• Professional experience demonstrating organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person lectures, workshops, and events.
• Draft web and email content to promote IGEL and IC programs; update websites and newsletters.
• Track metrics, maintain records, assist with reports and presentations; support program research and partnerships.
