GAs are required to work as needed evenings, on weekends, and on holidays. This includes working through Fall, Winter and Spring Breaks. If athletic or other coverage is required during a staff break, the GA will be given a different day off per the Employee Handbook. The schedule can change quickly due to weather or new opportunities. The GA must be flexible and resilient.
