As an O&A Analyst, you’ll work on projects to help our clients reach their financial goals. You’ll perform in-depth research, assist with client advisory and financial transactions, and develop financial models

Qualifications

• We recruit students and graduates who have a strong foundation in corporate finance and accounting.
• Confident, constructive and effective communication skills are sought.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with rigid timelines and collaborate across teams.
• Experience or familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity and workflows, applying sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Performing in-depth company and industry research and analysis.
• Supporting the execution of client advisory and financial transactions while managing multiple projects with rigid and, at times, global timelines.
• Preparing marketing materials and transaction documentation, including confidential memoranda, pitch books, corporate profiles, and analysis.
• Conducting detailed financial modeling, valuation and forecasting of financial statements.
• Understanding of the Bank’s product suite.
