Qualifications

• 5+ years of grading and excavation experience.

• Valid driver license; CDL preferred.
• Knowledge of grading equipment and maintenance.
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaborative teamwork.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily grading operations to keep projects on time and on budget.
• Train and manage crew members to maintain productivity.
• Conduct site assessments and prepare grading plans per specs.
• Ensure safety regulations and standards on all sites.
• Coordinate with project managers and trades for seamless execution.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and oversee repairs.
• Maintain project documentation and reports for management.
• Implement erosion control and land preservation during grading.
