Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Grader at our Commerce, GA location. This full-time hourly role pays $13.50 per hour and involves inspecting and grading donated goods to support store operations. You will work in a fast-paced team environment with opportunities for skills growth and community impact.

Responsibilities include accurately grading items, meeting daily production goals, and collaborating with management and peers while maintaining safety and organized work areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Consistently foster a healthy team culture of exceptional guest experience
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English as well as interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to demonstrate sound judgement
• Must be 18 years or older to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift (individuals age 16 to 17 will not be allowed to operate forklifts, balers or compactors)

Working Environment Conditions/Requirements:

• Must start employment in acceptable safety work shoes
