Idaho Youth Ranch is seeking a dedicated Grader to join our Distribution Center team in Idaho. You will sort donated goods into categories and prepare items for stores, representing the nonprofit to donors and visitors with care and professionalism.
The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. A safety mindset is essential as you help meet production goals while supporting IYR's mission to serve Idaho's youth. We offer a supportive, equal-opportunity environment.

This position will have a schedule of Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions. Speak with your loan provider for more information.
