Job summary

Shirley Contracting Company, LLC is seeking a capable construction supervisor to lead crews and coordinate with the Project Management Team. The role requires planning, scheduling, reading plans and adhering to standards to meet cost, schedule and production goals.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience, be able to communicate effectively with workers, inspectors and owners' reps, and pass a pre-employment physical/drug screening. Base hourly pay ranges from $25.00 to $50.00.

For this role the base hourly range is $25.00-$50.00. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
