Nevada Gold Mines is seeking a Drill Supervisor for grade control to lead safe, efficient drilling aligned with production priorities in Nevada. You will supervise personnel and equipment, coach crews, and ensure quality and compliance across safety and environmental standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, workforce development, and continuous improvement to optimize drilling outcomes and support mine planning objectives in a dynamic mining environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; preferred.
• 7+ years reverse circulation drilling experience (preferred).
• 5+ years supervisory and training experience in drilling (preferred).
• Safety leadership and Zero Harm culture required.
• Strong communication and leadership in active operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily grade control drilling activities to meet production plans.
• Lead drill crews through coaching and competency development.
• Ensure safety, environmental, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Coordinate priorities, equipment, and contractor performance.
• Monitor drilling quality, sample integrity, and data accuracy.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate with site leadership.
