Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication with parents and staff is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develops lesson plans and instructional materials aligned to district curriculum.
• Translates plans into developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
• Maintains pupil behavior standards to create effective learning environments.
• Evaluates student growth and prepares progress reports.
• Identifies student needs and develops IEP-related strategies.
• Regularly communicates with parents via Schoology, newsletters, calls, emails, conferences.
• Collaborates with colleagues and supervisors to support learning.
