Qualifications

• NH DOE Elementary Teaching Certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related discipline.
• Master's degree in related area preferred.
• 1-3 years of teaching experience for the appropriate grade levels preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and administers school curriculum aligned with district goals.
• Maintains a safe, conducive learning environment for individualized and small group instruction.
• Develops lesson plans and translates them into effective learning experiences.
• Conducts ongoing assessment of student learning and modifies instruction as needed.
• Reads and implements IEP and 504 plans for caseload students.
• Engages families and communicates student progress and goals.
• Ensures pupil behavior standards and collaborates with staff on curriculum evaluation.
• Coordinates with grade-level teams to assess curriculum and participate in committees.
