• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships; teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Teach elementary subject content to students.
• Instruct classes at designated times and locations.
• Plan lessons meeting student needs and abilities.
• Develop instructional materials and provide individualized/small group instruction.
• Create a conducive classroom environment and manage behavior.
• Assess student progress and provide reports.
• Maintain records as required by policy and law.
• Communicate with parents regarding student progress.
