Job summary

Mach Industries Inc. is seeking a New Grad Mechanical Engineer to design, prototype, and iterate on mechanical and electromechanical systems for next-generation defense platforms.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop manufacturable hardware from concept to deployment. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will contribute to testing, validation, and optimization of designs, ensuring performance and scalability while supporting critical milestones and extended-hour work when

Qualifications

• 1+ years of mechanical design and prototyping experience (academic or professional).
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, Electrical, or related field.
• Graduating December 2026 or January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Own the mechanical design and development of subsystem hardware from concept to mass production.
• Integrate mechanical systems with sensors, actuators, and embedded control hardware.
• Lead hands-on testing, design validation, and hardware iteration based on performance feedback.
• Drive manufacturability, part selection, and tolerance stack-up for scalable production.
• Apply mechanical fundamentals to inform robust, lightweight designs.
• Contribute to test plans, documentation, and engineering reviews.
• Perform modeling and simulation to evaluate performance and guide decisions.
• Support project milestones, including extended hours when needed.
