Job summary

Biopharma Careers is seeking a Manager, GPV Compliance & Business Management to drive PV compliance activities across the organization. You’ll coordinate contract management, CAPA and deviations, and support audits while ensuring timely, accurate CBM deliverables in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities include cross‑functional collaboration, governance of SOPs, and development of metrics. Travel and global vendor interactions are expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Global setting experience and vendor oversight.
• Minimum 2 years PV Compliance or Quality Management experience.
• Microsoft proficiency essential.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage assigned CBM activities.
• Collaborate with GPV teams, affiliates and partner functions.
• Prepare, track and report compliance deliverables.
• Serve as contact for assigned vendor activities.
• Support audits and inspections related to PV contracts.
• Maintain PV system documentation and templates.
• Contribute to process improvements and AI tool initiatives.
