Apple Inc. is seeking a DFT Verification Engineer to design and verify next‑generation, high‑performance processors and GPUs. You will review architectures, extract features, and develop verification plans while partnering with designers to validate DFT implementations pre‑silicon.
The role involves building test benches, generating randomized tests, debugging failures, and driving coverage closure under tight schedules. Strong scripting and OO skills are required.
