Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Compute Infrastructure in San Francisco. You will own end-to-end delivery of large-scale GPU clusters and work with engineers across hardware, networking, power, and cooling to bring clusters online with external providers.

The role requires leading cross-functional initiatives, risk management, and producing clear executive updates while coordinating with security, finance, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of program management for major projects including capital projects or hyperscaler infrastructure deployment.
• Proven ability to drive complex programs with cross-functional and external partners.
• Experience interfacing with engineering groups and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale compute infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate hardware, networking, power, and cooling across external partners.
• Lead cross-functional readiness and executive-level reporting.
