Job summary

Bitdeer Technologies Group in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Engineer to own the end-to-end lifecycle of bare-metal GPU nodes—from provisioning to decommissioning—across multiple regions. This role drives delivery throughput and ROI for our 10,000+ GPU footprint.

You will build automated delivery pipelines, manage DPU/SmartNIC and firmware, and boost fleet reliability while leading on-call incident response. Join us to scale GPU infrastructure and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in large-scale bare-metal / server-fleet ops, HPC, or cloud infra.
• Hands-on GPU server experience at scale.
• Strong Linux systems skills with imaging and provisioning.
• Familiarity with DPU/SmartNIC and bare-metal networking.
• Automation using Ansible, Terraform, Python or Go.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of bare-metal GPU nodes across regions.
• Build automated node-delivery pipelines to reduce backlog.
• Manage DPU/SmartNIC and server firmware baselines and upgrades.
• Improve fleet reliability, MTTR, and health monitoring.
• Participate in 7×24 multi-region on-call rotation; build runbooks.
• Collaborate with Storage/Image and Network teams to streamline provisioning-to-handoff.
• Define bring-up, rack, capacity, and acceptance standards for new GPUs and regions.
