Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a candidate to develop and enhance GPU architecture features, simulators, and testing infrastructure. You will model in C++ and Python for future graphics and parallel processing, and build validation tools.

The ideal candidate holds an MS/PhD in CS/EE/math with strong C/C++/Python skills and deep knowledge of computer architecture. CUDA, DX, Vulkan experience is a plus. Base salary ranges and equity are offered, with applications open until July 25, 2026.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed an MS or PhD (or equivalent experience) in CS, EE, math or related discipline.
• Strong programming ability in C, C++, and Python.
• Deep knowledge of computer architecture and parallel programming.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to advancing GPU Architecture Simulators, GPU testing infrastructure and metrics.
• Understand and model in C++ and python, features for future GPU graphics and parallel processing architectures.
• Develop test plans and testing infrastructure.
• Debug tests on architecture simulators.
• Develop tools to validate performance models and verify functional models.
