Job summary

CRISDEL GROUP, INC. is seeking a qualified dozer operator for our Tampa, FL project sites. The role requires operating GPS finish dozer on slopes and backing high production excavation and embankment with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Minimum 2 years of equipment operating experience and a valid driver's license (CDL preferred, but not required) are requested. Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check and comply with federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Operate GPS finish dozer on slopes and subgrade to support high production excavation and embankment.
• Demonstrated safe and proficient operation of equipment in various environments.
• Be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks, grease equipment and operate safely and efficiently.
• Contribute to safe and successful completion of work assigned by foreman.
• Adhere to Crisdel's Safety Program, guidelines, and employment handbook.
• Support a productive, high-quality work ethos and professional conduct on site.
