Job summary

FlatironDragados is seeking candidates in Dunn, North Carolina, to operate heavy machinery for road construction and similar projects. Your responsibilities will include operating machinery, maintaining equipment, and ensuring coordination with your crew.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and experience in construction equipment operation. A comprehensive compensation package, including health care and 401(k), is provided.

Job description

What You Will Be Doing

Drive, maneuver, or control the heavy machinery used to construct roads and other structures.

• Cleans and maintains equipment, making basic repairs as necessary.
• Moves levers, pushes pedals, or turns valves to control equipment. Drives and maneuvers equipment.
• Coordinates machine actions with crew members using hand or audio signals.
• Maintains knowledge of company’s values and strategic plan.
• Performs additional assignments per management’s direction.
