Job summary

DCS Corp is seeking a GPS-BRIE Program Manager to lead design, development, integration, and fielding across range infrastructures and airborne platforms. The role involves managing changes, technology insertion, and flight clearance documentation for NAVAIR and NAWCWD test and training ranges.

Security clearance must be maintained throughout employment. The PM will serve as the primary contact for contractual, financial, and technical matters and will coordinate with government PMs and CORs,

Qualifications

• Associates degree with minimum of 10+ years in NAWCWD range operations, GPS-BRIE instrumentation, and flight clearances.
• 5+ years of experience managing subcontracts and OEM supply chains; reporting on technical, financial, and schedule aspects.
• Candidates must obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance for the duration of employment.
• Have at least 10 years of experience working with NAVAIR/NAWCWD T&T ranges and program offices of record.
• At least 5 years of experience in subcontract/PO/RFP preparation and oversight.

Responsibilities

• PM is the principal POC for GPS-BRIE day-to-day operations, including contractual, financial, and technical matters.
• Meet in person with Government GPS SMO PM and COR at least quarterly.
• Provide biweekly cost and schedule updates to GPS SMO via in-person meetings, teleconferences, or MS Teams.
• Oversee GPS-BRIE design, development, fielding, and integration into range infrastructure and platforms.
