Job summary

Beauvais Rehab and Healthcare Center is hiring Graduate Practical Nurses (GPNs) in a full- and part-time capacity. We welcome new grads and offer an extensive benefits package with flexible scheduling across all shifts.

The team provides supportive leadership in a mission-driven environment focused on quality resident care. Responsibilities include nursing care, medication administration, care planning, and collaboration with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• GPNs must complete a Practical Nursing program and be eligible for Missouri licensure.
• New grads are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents as assigned.
• Administer and record medications and treatments.
• Assist physicians with procedures and treatments.
• Educate and support residents and their families.
• Participate in care planning and evaluation with the healthcare team.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Document observations and care provided.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable environment.
• May assist with unit management or act as charge nurse.
