Blue Owl GP Strategic Capital purchases minority equity stakes in alternative asset managers across private equity, private credit, real estate, and infrastructure. The GP Stakes Value Creation Group ("VCG") is its dedicated post-investment team, providing strategic advisory services to these partner firms to help them achieve their goals. VCG works with partner firms on initiatives including fundraising and client development, business strategy and growth, and digital transformation and optimization.
Through this two-year rotational program, the Analyst will gain hands‑on experience across VCG's pillars, working closely with senior VCG leaders on partner consulting engagements. The Analyst will conduct research and analysis and develop recommendations to address partner firms' strategic priorities.
It is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be 95,000 to 105,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
