At Trescobeas Surgery, were a well-established, patient-focused GP partnershipserving around 10,700 patients (with a dispensing branch) and fully integratedwithin our local Primary Care Network. We are looking for a committed andenthusiastic GP to join our team for six sessions per week, with a genuine viewto partnership.

Main duties of the job

Weare a friendly, supportive and well-established practice which achievesexcellent QOF results.

We are apatient-focused medical practice dedicated to providing high-quality primarycare to our local community. We currently have five established partners and 4salaried GPs working alongside our practice nurses, paramedics, pharmacists,physios, social prescribers and mental health hub within the Primary careNetwork group to deliver excellent healthcare in a supportiveenvironment.

Weoffer family planning, minor surgery and joint injections, we are seeking acommitted and enthusiastic General Practitioner to join our team.

Youwill provide comprehensive medical services to a diverse patient list,contribute to chronic disease management and participate in clinical meetingsand quality improvement initiatives. You will also manage your own workload,home visits, with duty and prescription review on a rota basis.

Job responsibilities

a.Thedelivery of highly effective medical care to the entitled population

c.Clinicallyexamine and assess patient needs from a physiological and psychologicalperspective and plan clinical care accordingly referring patients to otherservices/agencies in a timely manner, utilising practice and any other localguidelines
