Job summary

Houlihan Lokey, Inc. is seeking Summer Analysts to work with the GPA team on transactions for private equity clients, including sell-side and buy-side M&A, capital raising, and strategic consulting.

You will support the build-out of financial models, prepare confidential client deliverables, and collect/analyze market research while engaging with various client engagements and deals.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree with a graduation date between December 2028 and June 2029.
• Possess basic knowledge of and a keen interest in finance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
