Job summary

Authorium is seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist to help government agencies leverage the Authorium platform effectively through clear communication and expert troubleshooting.

You will work with Product, Engineering, and Education teams to maintain accurate documentation while providing high-touch support to enterprise customers, including on-call rotations and incident coordination.

Qualifications

• The role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and technical curiosity.
• Experience with troubleshooting and solving customer issues in a software environment.
• Familiarity with API calls and integrations increases impact.

Responsibilities

• Break down complex customer questions and provide concise, friendly responses.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Education teams to keep docs up-to-date.
• Collect user feedback and translate into actionable product improvements.
• Participate in on-call rotations and coordinate incident relief with engineering.
• Lead proactive support initiatives to reduce recurring tickets.
