Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
• 3+ years of web development and application experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Extensive MS Power Platform experience (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Fx) with Power BI familiarity.
• Experience with cybersecurity best practices to protect data, software and hardware.
• Familiarity with DOD and/or U.S. Navy environments.
• One or more professional certifications (e.g., CWP, CSDP, MCAD, MCPD, MCSE).
• Understanding of Inventory/Financial Management software.

Responsibilities

• Support CTO with creation and maintenance of websites and applications for business management, inventory management, change management, and program tracking systems.
• Manage web development, design, and applications; implement database entry and retrieval for multiple users.
• Develop back-end programming with data-visualization front-end interfaces.
• Review applications for alignment with stakeholder requirements, performance, resilience, and security.
• Troubleshoot and optimize web pages and applications for security and responsiveness; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and apply innovative designs with websites and applications.
• Assist with briefing materials, reports, and project documentation; coordinate responses to periodic reports.
• Provide input to department strategic decisions that affect the functional area.
