Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer to protect client sites across various industries, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

The role requires providing excellent customer service while enforcing safety procedures, conducting patrols, and responding to incidents. Starting pay is $24 per hour with full-time hours including weekdays and weekends, plus paid orientation and training and clear career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
