Oceaneering International, Inc. seeks a Government Property Compliance Manager (GCPM) to develop and implement policies ensuring auditable, effective government property control across all ADTECH locations and subcontractor sites.

The role requires collaborating with Contracts, Program Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Government stakeholders to steward government property throughout its lifecycle.

Job description

The GCPM develops and implements government property policies, procedures, and compliance strategies, conducts enterprise-wide internal audits and self-assessments, and serves as the primary advisor to executive leadership on government property matters. This role provides oversight of property management activities performed by business unit property personnel and is responsible for ensuring property control remains consistent, auditable, and effective across all ADTECH locations, programs, and subcontractor sites.

The position requires extensive collaboration with Contracts, Program Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Government stakeholders to ensure effective stewardship of Government property throughout its lifecycle.
