Job summary

OBAN Corporation in the Washington Metro Area is seeking a qualified analyst to support government programs. The role emphasizes analysis, reporting, and guidance to junior staff across projects.

The ideal candidate will hold a BS/BA/MS/MA and at least 4 years of relevant experience, with the ability to obtain and maintain government security clearances and exceptional communication skills for collaboration at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain government security clearances.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for interface with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provides analysis support to projects including program management, program integration, program oversight, and project management.
• Prepares written reports and visual representations of findings. Directs tasks and provides guidance to more junior staff and oversees their work.
• Actively contributes to and/or leads client meetings. Takes initiative in developing technical excellence in a specific area.
• Solves difficult and unique types of management, financial, operations, mission, or analytical problems.
• Leverages AI tools appropriately to augment human analysis. Develop specialized tools, models, or applications for process, acquisition, or training project execution.
• Makes technical or business judgments and provide advice on the resolution of technical, schedule, performance, or budgetary issues.
• Bachelor of Science (BS), Bachelor of Arts (BA), Master of Science (MS) or Master of Arts (MA) degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.
