Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Security Clearance (Top Secret/SCI).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience with U.S. Government contracts or federally funded programs.
• Strong understanding of government contracting processes, contract structures, and funding mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Contract Management Support: assist reviews of contract terms, FAR/DFAR clauses, and maintain contractual records.
• Program Controls: monitor budgets, expenditures, and funding; track burn rates and forecasts.
• Proposal and Pricing: support cost estimates, pricing strategies, and Basis of Estimate documentation.
• Program Coordination and Risk: monitor financial status, commitments, and risk; report to leadership.
• Cross-functional collaboration with legal, finance, and program teams to align with policies.
