Job summary

Panasonic North America seeks interns to support regulatory research, data entry, and data management in a hybrid/onsite environment. The role is designed for students pursuing undergraduate or graduate degrees and offers exposure to compliance and project management in a global technology company.

You will develop Excel-based databases, generate reports, and help ensure data accuracy while learning how to navigate regulations and internal processes.

Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree throughout the entirety of the internship.
• Strong desire to gain understanding of compliance regulations and project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills to manage tasks and prioritize deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Research a variety of state regulations and create a matrix easily explainable to business partners.
• Perform data entry tasks, including entering and updating information in databases and spreadsheets.
• Create and maintain accurate records of data.
• Verify data accuracy and completeness.
• Compile, sort, and organize data for easy retrieval.
• Generate reports and summaries based on collected data.
