The firm’s Government Contracts and Public Procurement Practice Group represents clients in a wide array of industries and with all types of government contracts and public procurement matters, including bid protests and other contract‑related litigation, contract negotiations, investigations, compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, technology licensing, cybersecurity, and government contract aspects of M&A transactions.

Who You Are
  • The firm’s Government Contracts practice is seeking one junior and one mid‑level experienced, lateral associate to join their growing and vibrant team.
  • You have 2‑6 years of government contracts experience in government contracts litigation, counseling, advisory and/or transactional matters.
  • You have outstanding writing and analytical skills, and top academic credentials.
  • You are admitted to the District of Columbia bar or are able to waive into the District of Columbia bar.
